Three Cycles OF Painting

classical, electronic cycle (soundscapes) and paintings of silence.

In Jade's synesthetic works, the color of sounds and the sound of colors go hand in hand. When listening to music, new manifestations of colors are constantly created during the painting process, resulting in a perfect painting, but in chronolo-gical order.

The instruments themselves and the characters of the tones are decisive for the translation of sound into color.

The music also evokes different color visions: A jazz composition usually turns blue! Satie's cubist compositions are red! Yet, color is not the only topic in Jade's paintings. They also incorporate rhythmic elements: When looking at the painting, you can tell whether they are pulsating or arrhythmic. Since 2013, Jade has also been dedicating herself to the expression of silence. In silence, she finds inner pictures that manifest in a non-conceptual space.
